Carroll was born in Colorado and attended the University of Colorado. She holds a bachelor’s degree in language and secondary education and was a German teacher for years. She also embraces a great appreciation of hiking and our beautiful outdoors, and in meeting a variety of people. This appreciation of the outdoors brought her to coordinating hikes through our partnership with Live by Living.

Her interest in being involved with Cancer Support Community Southwest Colorado is to enable people who have been diagnosed with cancer to obtain quality support and guidance at a frightening and confusing time.
