Since 2014, first as Blueprints of Hope and now as the Cancer Support Community Southwest Colorado (CSC-SWCO), we have served as a cancer support organization working to improve the quality of life for individuals facing cancer in Southwest Colorado. All services offered are completely free of charge for anyone, at any age, facing any type or stage of cancer, and are for the entire family.

Our mission is to ensure that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action, and sustained by community.

Thank you Columbine Classic Duet Golf Tournament!
We couldn’t be more excited or grateful for the funds donated to the Cancer Support Community Southwest Colorado by the Columbine Classic Duet Golf Tournament. A very generous anonymous donor is matching this donation by 100%. Wow! These gifts could not be timed any better as it relates to bringing critical supportive care to the people we serve. Our thanks to the incredible generosity of our anonymous donor, the Dalton Ranch Women’s Golf Association, Dalton Ranch Golf Club, the Women of the Glacier Club, and the Glacier Club for volunteering their time. We would also like to note that all funds raised by Cancer Support Community Southwest Colorado stays in the five counties we serve. Thank you to everyone who supported this effort!
Our Programs
We believe in caring for the whole person and family, and that all people who are affected by cancer should have access to psychosocial care as part of their cancer treatment and survivorship. We offer a variety of programs that provide support, healthy lifestyle classes, educational workshops, resources and referrals, and social activities.

Exercise & Stress Reduction
Join us for several programs that can help promote a sense of relaxation and well-being, reduce stress, side effects, promote restoration, and help integrate the mind and body.

Educational Workshops
Educational workshops on survivorship topics are led by licensed and certified professionals. Each provides an opportunity to meet others who can give support and encouragement along the way.

Support Groups
Hearing from others who are facing cancer-related challenges can be immensely comforting. Our support groups bring together people with similar experiences and are facilitated by a licensed mental health professional.

Family Support Programs
Because we recognize that cancer affects the entire family, we offer family programs that offer a place to connect with others and share experiences, so no one faces cancer alone.

Social Activities & Connections
Enjoy the simpler things — join us for social events that connect to other cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers in our communities.

Community Navigation
Connect to our community cancer nurse navigator to find medical and non-medical resources that may help improve your quality of life. The Cancer Support Community also offers a toll-free helpline if you are unable to reach our navigator.
A special thank you to our generous partners and sponsors
