Lynne is the co-owner of Sholler Edwards, LLC, and practices primarily in employment law, providing HR advice from prevention through litigation for all types of business entities. She has been a licensed Colorado attorney since 1990, a human resources consultant since 2001, and frequent speaker and columnist on employment law topics in the Four Corners region. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado (Boulder) and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver Law School. Her legal practice primarily involves employment law and non-profit management advice. Her clients include the public and private sectors, small to large businesses, and non-profit organizations. She not only advises non-profits but serves or has served on a variety of boards, including  Colorado Access to Justice Commission, 6th Judicial District Access to Justice Committee (Chair), Manna Soup Kitchen (President, Vice President), the Women’s Resource Center, and Operation Healthy Communities.
